| 1. Can you also assist me with other CN sites? | No guarantees, but we could check it out for you. Feel free to send us a direct message! |
| 2. Can I avail of your CN address rental even if I won’t avail of your CN purchasing assistance service? | No, our CN address rental can only be availed by those who will also avail the CN purchasing assistance from us. This is to ensure that the items are accepted by our freight forwarder. |
| 3. Do you offer solo boxes for CN address rental? | No, we only provide box sharing services as this is under Jo's name. |
| 4. How will my packages be shipped to me? | CN seller → CN warehouse → PH warehouse → Jo's PH address (MNL) → your PH address (via J&T, GGX, Flash, or LBC) However, if you are availing the Taobao Exclusive shipment, it can be shipped directly from the seller to your PH address. |
| 5. Can I cancel my order and ask for refund if I don’t want the item anymore? | Strictly no cancellations and no refunds will be issued once payment has been made and order has been placed. Please only purchase items that you are 1000% sure of. |
| 6. Can I return my order to the CN seller and ask for refund if I don’t want the item anymore? | We do not accept returning purchased items to the CN seller. Please only purchase items that you are 1000% sure of. |
| 7. Can I wait for my other items that has not yet arrived? | Yes, you can; as long as the ISF of your onhand item has already been paid. Please note that items can only be stored at my PH address for a maximum of 3 months. After that period, they may be sold or discarded without refund, as my address is a personal residence, not a storage facility. |
| 8. When do I pay for my ISF? | You are required to settle your ISF within 24 hours after the Arrival Notice has been sent. |
| 9. Can I have my items delivered directly to my address from the PH warehouse? | No, all shipments are sent under my name and combined with other items, not individually. Because of this, I need to receive them first at my PH address to sort and repack before forwarding them to you. |
| 10. Do I have to pay for taxes and other fees? | No, taxes and customs fees are already covered in the ISF. You’ll only need to pay for the item itself, the checkout fee, the ISF, and a packing fee if the item needs to be repacked with new packaging. |
